ClearPath Mediation
Providing a fast and effective alternative to costly civil proceedings

Services
Family Mediation
Family mediation aims to help couples navigate the emotional and stressful ending of a relationship where there are children and assets such as the family home to consider. The parties retain control of the process without the need to become involved in an adversarial legal battle. Issues such as parenting and separation agreements can be resolved using a process designed to support couples through this difficult time.
Workplace Mediation
Workplace Mediation aims to resolve disputes between employees which can arise for any number of reasons. Workplace disputes can be complex, can involve multiple parties at varying levels of seniority in an organisation and can be personally and professionally damaging for those involved. In addition, workplace productivity and morale can be affected beyond the parties to the dispute. Mediation can offer fast, confidential, and lasting solutions to issues.

Process
How does Mediation Work?
With the help of a Mediator, parties are assisted in identifying the issues they wish to resolve and exploring and testing workable solutions for those issues . Parties at all times have input to the process and our aim as Mediators is to help you reach robust agreements that satisfy the needs of all parties and can be successfully implemented as part of legal Separation and Divorce proceedings.
We offer in person and on-line mediation depending on the individual situation. The Mediator will manage the process at times that are convenient for all parties. All individual and joint sessions are fully confidential as outlined in The Mediation Act 2017 and all parties are required to sign an Agreement to Mediate at the outset of the process.
Legislation
The Mediation Act 2017 facilitates the settlement of disputes by mediation as an alternative to potentially costly and acrimonious civil proceedings or to the continuation of civil proceedings that have been instituted.

Why choose Mediation?
Mediation offers clients a fast, cost effective and largely successful means of settling their disputes, resulting in agreements that can be legally binding, fair to the parties involved and less acrimonious than civil proceedings.
The Mediator is a neutral third party who facilitates an exploration of the disputed issues and possible solutions but does not represent or act for one party in particular.
